HERMAN WALDEN- -typing, business head, book- keeping, senior sponsor, honor society. Business and home economics teach basic skills for immediate use. Their vocational nature make them the favor- ite courses for the non-academically oriented student and useful for the col- lege minded. An emphasis on successful family liv- ing makes up the framework for the home economics girls while the busi- ness field trains for jobs and a greater understanding of our economic system.
