McConnell .J Ye olde Farmer Fever! -W -- -V - W W Break a leg! could be heard passing through the halls as the WRHS Drama Club presented The Tempest by William Shakespeare for their fall production. The hours of dedication and practice spent in overcoming the Shakespearean English and in developing the characters made the play a success. With the passing of the first anniversary of the Iranian hostage crisis and this being an election year, national spirit prompted many of the eligible seniors to vote. not only on Presidential and State Congressional candidates, but on statewide issues as Independent banking, a Light rail system and Open space. As the I98l school year progressed, a definite fever became very contagious! Students and faculty alike became caught up in the spirit of Farmer Fever!
