Besides our lessons, we made safety posters, sold seeds, save to the March of dimes, sent a package over seas, put on a play for the lower trades, and joined the Junior Red Cross made a number of thines for the h mry class and nut out a newspaper for our vrade. We play basket ball with the Fifth Grade, but best of all we like narties.

X Q fK? -Q y I f I K FIFTH GRADE NEWS At the opening of the school term for 1950-51, there wen twenty-seven girls and boys enrolled in grade five. During the first semester Nancy Wise moved away. Frances SOGPYOSS enrolled in the grade again. We have done many interesting projects during the year.
