GIRLS CHOIR ,, The Girls Choir rehearses three days a week, and one- half credit is given to each member for one year's work. The activities of the choir include: a concert for F, T.A. a program for the Woman's Club, participation in the Annual Blackhawk Conference Vocal Festival, and a concert in the spring, usually combined with the high school band. TT Each year the choir enters the Illinois High School Asso- ciation Music Contests. The Girls Choir has the distinction 'rs of bringing to Wethersfield its first State Championship Trophy. The general musicianship, and poise of this group makes it a truly outstanding organization. Mrs. Franklin Coplan is the accompanist, and Mr. Charles Bickhaus is the director. Officers are : Barbara Eshelman, Presi- dent, Marcia Jackson, Vice-President, Judy Bystry, Secretary- Treasurerg and Karen Hildebrand, Student Council Representative. FIRST ROW: J. Snider, S.
