Seniors Classes Sports Activities We shed a tear. but is it of joy or sorrow. it shines with a brilliant light from our past, but deeper within holds the shadows of our future. It mirrors the world we have long been a part of; that will longer be a part of us. We, like this tear that falls haltingly down our cheeks, leave you timidly but surely, turning not back. we love you, for you have been the nucleus of our lives, but today we must leave you. Our tear reaches our lips, tasting bittersweet with thoughts and memories; a tear of sorrow that so many yesterdays are over, but joyful of so many more tomorrows. —Terrell Hamre

It is life, the very life of life. In its brief course are the verities and Realities of your Existence These four years have not been merely preparing us for life; they were life, with all its pleasures and trials. The exams, the term papers, and the homework were tempered with the parties, the dances, and the games. Life at Westwood has not been stagnant— all its facets have been explored and utilized. The Continuance of Growth It would be impossible to measure how much we have grown here. We have undergone many changes since we entered as freshmen in ' 65. Our teachers, our experiences, and our friends have molded us into more mature, more responsible students who are now prepared to assume more demanding roles.
