FERNANDO PEREZ PRESIDENT RALPH RAMIREZ VICE PRESIDENT NORMA HOLMES SECRETARY MARY L. GREGORY TREASURER BARBARA ATKINS CHEER LEADER SUE WILSON SONG LEADER Senior Class History:- We started our long trek to graduation in our Freshman year. During this year we started the new Junior High Student Court, attended the playday in Susanville, and held a skating and a swimming party. In our Sophomore year we held a school skating party, the first activity oi this kind to be held in Westwood High. The big event of our year, the Red and Green Christmas Dance, was a. great success. Also, we held another swimming party. We moved into our Junior year hopefully awaiting our class rings. Our only party was a ski party held at Coppervale. The Annual Stardust Dance, which we sponsored, was a huge success. We also attended the Junior-Senior Picnic and Junior-Senior Prom. Now at last the big year has arrived, one which we will never forget. We took second place in the song and yell contests. Our Valentine's and Odd Ball dances were considered a success. Mother Is a Freshman, the Senior play, was a success financially as weli as socially. Finishing up our year in Westwood High we held a banquet, sneak day, attended the Junior-Senior Picnic, Junior-Senior Prom, and Baccalaureate. Then graduation put an end to our high school days. 15
