Rarmrez. H. Yarber. T. Floroz. Executive Committee Executive Committee consists of two Sophomores, three Juniors, and three Senior representatives, plus the Student Body officers. Executive committee makes laws, grants charters to organi- zations, approves all awards, and supervises all extracurricular activities and payment of bills. Student Court Student Court, organized 22 years ago, maintains order at school and at functions where the school is directly responsible. MARGARET SWANSON President PEGGY MONAY Secretary Student Body Officers Margaret Swanson, the first girl president of Westwood High School, carried out the duties assigned to this office with utmost efficiency. Her duties called for her to preside over all meetings of the Student Body and Executive Committee, call special meetings when necessary, appoint committees, and counter sign all checks and contracts. Rulo Llamas, as vice-president, took charge of assemblies and assumed the duties of president in her absence. RULO LLAMAS Vice-President EUGENE NUNEZ Treasurer JERI HEARD Song Leader JOYCELYN MAXWELL Yell Leader Peggy Monay, as secretary, had to keep accurate minutes of all Student Body business meetings, and conduct all corre- spondence carried on in the name of the Student Body when directed by the president or Executive Committee. Eugene Nunez, as treasurer, had to give weekly financial reports to Executive Committee and had to report to the Student Body at all business meetings. Jeri Heard as song leader and Joycelyn Maxwell as yell leader did a great deal in building up school spirit.
