Three years at Westwood is a long time, but now, in our senior year, the final stretch to graduation and adulthood, we wonder how the time flew so quickly. We must have been having a lot of fun! Two of our three years were spent performing editorial duties for Westwood's yearbook, the Chieftain. Our first year was a beneficial learning experience as four new editors learned the ropes. This year, though we leadership responsibilities we had to depend on and trust one another, growing close in our partnership and friendship. We worked hard but nothing would ha ve been accomplished without Mr. John Donovan 's continuous encouragement, knowledge, and splendid sense of humor. He was our teacher, our mentor, and our friend. We'll never forget him! Friends, teachers, staff - Thank you and goodbye. dex M During our past three years at Westwood we have been involved in many activities. One of our favorites and most time- consuming was producing the Chieftain yearbook. Putting together a book of memories takes a great deal of time and effort in which the help of a talented and dedicated staff proved invaluable. Our staff was a combination of experienced veterans and eager newcomers. The three twits, Sharon, Melissa and Luz returned, bringing with them yet another twit, Lisa. These four contributed immensely with their top secret mission to Ford 's Studio. Thanks to Dana, our head photographer, for her numerous hours spent in the darkroom. This yearbook could not ha ve been completed without her heb. Thanks also go to the assistant photographers, Renee, Dana and Karen, for producing quality pictures on short notice. Thanks to .lanelle and .loe for their brief but informative anatomy lessons. Thanks to Riesa for her unique detective ability in locating addresses of previous warriorettes. Thanks to Sammi and Tiffani for always being prompt and willing to index. Thanks to Debbie and Susan for their excellent, on time copy. A special thank you goes to Robert for putting up with the intense pressures of an all girl staff We know you loved it! Good luck to next year's editors: Kim, Anne, Deborah and Jana. With your combined talent, next year's annual should be a success. Our biggest thanks, of course, goes to our advisor and friend, Mr. John Dono van. Our conferences in the hall may ha ve looked like nap-time but actually Donovan was teaching us valuable lessons about people and life in general.
