The dance was held in the boy's gym. wage Y The homecoming king and queen. Chet Arnett and Norma Fuhr, dance happily together. The theme was Try to Remember.

Rain nd Cold Mars Homecoming Events The rain-spoiled day of November I5 left a cold and muddy scene for the 1968 Home- coming. But, with the festivities revolving around the theme Try to Rememberf, the day began with the assembly full of remembrances from years past. At the game, our cheerleaders were found cheering in their levis and sweatshirts. But the spirit that prevailed brought us a victory over Chandler. With the half-time ceremonies being carried over to the dance, Norma Fuhr and Chet Arnett were crowned the Westwood Home- coming Queen and King for 1968. Seniors display their float depicting the 64-65 school year when West- wood was State Champs in football, cross country, and track. Showing their nervous smiles, the candidates for I968 Homecoming King Chet Arnett, Jeri Flake, Dennis Shields, Jill Waddell, Stu Hogue, Karla and Queen are jiomg lejli: Norma Fuhr, Steve Huffaker, Barbara Arnett, Nielson, Brad Parker, Patty Watts, and Chip Stauffer.
