Boys' and Girls' Leagues Girls League The Girls' League was the largest organization on campus. Its membership included every girl enrolled at Westwood High School. The league's work was very successful this year. Proiects and activities filled the year for the council, and by working with the girls of Westwood, the members gained a valuable learning experience. Many activities were held throughout the year. The first big activity was the Daddy Date. On this night the girls invited their Dads to join them for an evening of food, games and entertain- ment. The league also sponsored a Mother-Daughter Tea to honor the mothers at Mother's Day. The biggest eventof the year was the Coed. This was a semi-formal dance where girls asked that special someone to be their escort for the evening. To set the mood for the dance, there was an entire week of events during Girl ask Boy lG.A.B.l Week. This year the goal of Girls' League was to unify all girls at Westwood in friendship and spirit. ,H r, . ,W fn .D M,,. K 23, sf. -M , U . -4 1.
