It is composed of students who each year serve their school most faithfully and usefully, maintaining the proper attitude and co-operative spirit. It serves as a stimulus to the students to take part in the activities of the school. It is composed of ten per cent of the student body, of which six per cent is elected in December by the Student Council; the remaining four per cent is designated by the faculty in February. r so]
