In this way, we have been able to save time by eliminating repetition in sugges- tions and discussing minor matters with student representatives before meeting with the faculty. We have used the valuable coun- cil time for more vital and interesting problems. In addition to the regular members, each class elects two new ones for each session. Through the council, the students lind an instrument for the expression of their opinions and ideas and it is, therefore, a most important part of the student government.
