The speeches were prepared, the band was fired up. the colonial costumes were worn and the students were enthusiastic for the visit of the Lt. Governor Bob Jordan. What started as a day filled with patriotic colors, ended in shades of black and white. Due to electrical problems, unfortunately, the assembly and celebration of our constitution was cancelled. Students were still able to catch a glimpse of Mr. Jordan, however, when he visited classes to discuss his political ambitions.
