CLASS PBGPHECY AMAZING DISCOVERIES MADE IN EXCAVATION OF BURIED CITYIII This was the report that spread hke f1re throughout the Clty on the morntng of May 31 3000 W1th one accord the whole populace dropped tts HCIIVIIICS and flocked to the scene where before the1r wonderlng eyes a town long dead began to reveal IIS secrets under the D1CkS and shovels What s the name of the town? someone called and wtthout delay a second vo1ce called back Centralvtllel True enoughl So lf turned out tobe Central v1lle a small town that had flourtshed a thousand years before and then had dtsappeared w1th the passmg of tlme unt11 hke Rome II was burxed by centurles of debrls and had come 1nto tts own once more Suddenly a loud shout arose above the exclted buzz of VOICES What lS 1t'7 What IS 1t'7 everyone wanted to know We ve found a p1cture of the mayor one of the dlggers answered breathlessly Here he ISI Take a look' Oh what a handsome manl several of the ladtes stghed What was h1s name? One gazer wlshed to know They turned the ptcture over and there on the back they found the answer to thxs latest QUCSIIOH In large black letters they beheld the mayor s name B111 Ztebell But scarcely had they had tlme to repeat the words before another loud shout arose More amaztng d1scover1es had been made The famous sh1p that Ne1l Innes had p11oted to the moon had been uncovered as we tore the debrls away from the hatch and entered the shxp we found a watch w1th the 1nscr1pt1on James Day As we searched further we found an old newspaper dated January 1970 edtted by Noelle Glasman B1g headhnes read Professor Larry Solberg Dtscovers Cure For Cancer' As we read about the dtscovery we found that Deanna Schenmng R N asststed Larry In the soctety column we found the farrultar names of Alyce Carlborg and Cor1nne Styscko who modeled clothes d6Slgl'l8d by Carole Styscko for the famous movte actress Margte Kerkhoff A new fashxon had been added Gene Ludwlg found a new breed of plllk mmk Glanctng through the columns we saw Loretta Elhngtlon Just sang at the Metropohtan Opera House and Nancy Runkel was her accompamst Also 1n the muslc sect1on IS an art1cle announc1ng the great B111 Benson s Jazz Band w111 be conung to town Bev F1elds and Bob Stann fanuhar faces around Central are 1n B111 s band Napoh Lehnert 1S playtng v1ohn at the elxte clubs tn New York Darlene Merrtll just rece1ved her long awatted degree from barber college and IS now a professlonal barber Lookmg at the com1c SIIID we see that D1ck and Bob Merten have achleved the goal of gettlng thelr own by l1ne and have many falthful readers We recogmzed other names as we read Dorxs Norby who has Just returned from m1ss1onary work tn Afr1ca w1ll speak at a Commumty meettng Others who traveled qutte extens1vely were Ahce Stadler and Sharon Votght who had Just come from a IPID to Europe The huge headhnes 1n the sport sect1on tell us that B111 P0151 has just won tl1e Mlddlewelgllt Champtonshtp J ack Bloss s advertlsement IS also 1n the paper He owns h1s own sand and gravel buslness now and IS do1ng very well.
