llor the fxrst year of Central Hxgh School we had a hne group of cheerleaders The A squad cheerleaders are Barbara Clark. Kay Het ferman. Beverly Henderson who are sophomores and Nancy Wagner a 1un1or Pat Greenwald also was a cheerleader but 7he Freshman qrrls came out very well for cheerleading our lust year The gxrls who were chosen were Carole and Comne Stysclro Carolyn Schwenn and Deanna Schennmq We feel very proud of our cheerleaders this year and hope that they wall do an even better Job next year 5 . . . quit after the football season.

She rs the secretary at Central now The way she talked shes really busy She brought along some addresses to wnte out for Mr Valente to send to busrness rnen askmg tor money to pay for the annual He learned so much about the annual the year he helped us that he was asked to help all ol the other classes rn the work on their yearbook And lean Haun she always used to say that on her hrst million dollars she wanted to go to Italy well she hnally made lt Some bus drrver ran her down and broke both legs so she sued the bus company for one mxllxon. Obvrously she collected because she s leavmg for Italy as soon as her legs are okay again Then. theres Paultne Wermelmg and her mterest rn Chemistry at C H S Remember some of those wonderful odors from her experrments? Well she s up that she wrll soon be promoted to laboratory techmcran And Grace Penmen has two vocations.
