74 Halloween Party took place after Cen tral Hxgh School s vrctory over Kenosha lay vees November 2 1952 Thls was the hrst dance ever to take place rn the new Central Hrgh School The dance was grven by the entnre student body each class had a certaln part rn organ rzmg the party Everyone did a hne Job A long vmnth the dancxng was amusements and refreshments for everyone In the begummq of the dance there was RQ musxc by records later on Clarence Schuld and his orchestra played many selectrons One of the events that the four classes par trcrpated was the apple-ducking contest The Sophomores came ln lust The Semors took second place The Freshmen took third place whrle the Iuumors held up the rear After the apple-ducking contest the King and Queen were cliosen The Klng was Don ald Horton and the Queen was Mxss Deetz.
