Darling, what class do you belong in this period?” LIBRARY OFFICE Darlene Bannister, otherwise known as our very own secretary, carries out all the duties of the office. Such duties include filing records, making out absence slips and helping Mr. Gail with his job. Mr. Gail is the Weston-McEwen Principal. He is the unfortunate one who determines whether or not you receive a Red Letter'! Catherine McLean, the notorious hall roamer, runs the Library. Some of the extra things she does is prepare seniors for college and serves as senior counselor. Did you prearrange this with your Dr.? 23

STUDENT GOVERNMENT MAKES STRIDES FORWARD Student government was very active this year. Their biggest project was to form a committee to draw up a new constitution for our school. The Constitutional Revision Committee was formed from all students interested in participating. Student Council observed Oregon Student Leadership day, by going to Pendleton to visit the courthouse. The experience was both educational and fun. ... 12 hours and still holding... Our fearless leader, John Patching. The typical heated discussion of a Student Council meeting.
