A. has been very busy with their various projects. They sold hot choco- late and cinnamon rolls on Wednes- days before school and at noon. They sponsored a chili feed during the Christmas Basketball Tournament. Also during the Christmas season the F. H. A. ’ers held the annual pixie party. 24

ASB President Mark Johnson and the student council members met an average of twice monthly during noon. The Student Coun- cil consisted of approximately 20 students from the school's clubs, groups and classes During the year, the Student Council did such things as sponsor dances, arrange spirit week, and the bon fire Every activity carried out by organizations and or classes had to have been brought before the Student Council for approval The culminating activity was election based on the United States electional system for selecting the 1979-80 ASB Officers Student Government was moving forward in an attempt to reach the students ASB PRESIDENT Mark Johnson VICE PRESIDENT Dan Zenger SECRETARY Michelle Scofield TREASURER Debbie Zenger 26
