PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND HEALTH Mr Mike Kyles is the P. E. and health teacher. His job consist of teaching the required classes to mostly Sophomores, but he does teach advanced P. E. to a few wandering strays. Mr Kyles also teaches one of the classes of Political Citizen- ship, and is a Junior advisor. Although you may think he only owns short pants, he does occasionally dress fully to teach the rest of his classes. Look ma, no hands. SOCIAL SCIENCES This year the Social Sciences classes were taught by Mr. Gottfried, Mr. Kyles and Mr Nash. Mr Nash teaches Social and Political Citizenship and U. S. History Big “G teaches Social and Political Citizenship, Psychology and the Middle East. Mr. Kyles teaches Political Citizenship. Any Senior would tell you that was a hard class! They dis- cussed the Constitution, laws, mental diseases, Propaganda and the growth of our nation. Most of these classes are required for graduation. LIBRARY OFFICE Mrs. Cathryn McLean is the librarian here at Weston-McEwen. Mrs. McLean's duties include taking care of long lost students, setting Seniors straight on college, and patrolling the halls.(?) Along with keeping the library in order, she is a Senior counselor, and student counselor. The Weston-McEwen secretary is Darlene Ban- nister Mrs. Bannister calls herself Girl Friday,” and her duties include taking care of the students' absences, keeping the student records in file, and doing many dulies for Mr. Gail and all of us.
