6 - Foreword THIRTEEN very short years ago the lamp of learning was first kindled for us. Through the years it has glowed with a steadily brighter flame and now, when the flame is strong and full, we must depart to seek a new source of oil for our lamps. The time has now come when we must pass the torch to the Juniors who, we hope, will keep it burn¬ ing brightly.
