PEP SQUAD Pep Squad opened 1951 S2 season by electing the follow ing officers Presldent, Betty Fee, Vice Presldent, Eleanor Angelbeck, Secretary and Treasurer, Charlotte Carter Re porters, June and Jean Grisham Miss Turner, Sponsor, suc cessfully gulded the organizatlon throughout the year. Pep Squad supported the basketball and football teams by goingib the gmes here and away Dom Heston lhey presented pep as semblies before the games so as to bolster the spirit of the teams Cneerleaders for the football season were Nancy Dunnuck, Gayle Younger, Anna Mae Cllne and Helen Blakley Basketball cheerleadersmere Gayle Younger, Shlrley Alexander Anna Mae Cline and Helen Blakley, Pep Squad was in charge of the Homecoming actlvities They decorated the auditorium for the dance, wlth Weston's and Platte C1ty's school colors There was a Pep Rally held on Main Street the night before the big game Skits more presented, yells, introductions and guest speaker, Bub Hull, told the boys to be determined!
