The student body elected Pat Hoffman and Nancy Reese cheerleaders and they exempli- fied the spirit of the junior class by their loyal support to the Westmont football and basketball teams. The school paper, The Yodler, is published by the junior class and they put Simeon Margolis in the editor's chair and Alice Stinely, Macy Kaminsky, Audrey Thomas, and Louise Bregman as assistant editors. Although the majority of the staff were green, Miss Margaret Greer was faithful when they had a deadline to meet, and by the end of the year, the class felt that they had successfully completed their job of getting The Yodler out on time, Along scholastic lines, the class had a fair record with several of the students' names ap- pearing again and again on the honor roll. These include Renato Rodriquez, Simeon Margolis, Miriam Anderson, and Alice Stinely. The juniors promoted the lack O'Lantern lump at Halloween and amazed themselves at its success. The junior class had intelligent, popular, and active leaders in all the organizations of the school, this year, and they will make good citizens of the future. The Whole class greatly enjoyed themselves at their party which Was held in November. FIRST-ROXN'-l.ef! to Right-Frcd Suppcs lithcl Pevrits, llclcn btarwiri. l'lmcn.c l.cxxi- Pnxllw Prim. Ps!
