L Z xt ,Q , J ? We, the class of 1953, dedicate this yearbook to William Granville Eaton - teacher, counselor, and friend. We will never forget Mr. Eaton's interpretations of Macbeth and Cyrano, his assemblies, his Christ- mas programs, his columns in The Owl, his knowl- edge of Broadway plays, and his untiring service to our class, our school, and our community. Shakespeare said, AIl the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players. ln pausing to pay tribute to Mr. Eaton, a man of the theater, may we not also think of this last year of school as a three-act play on the stage of lite? As the scenes unfold, we see ourselves as the actors, directors, and technicians who made this drama possible. Presenting Our Directors MRS. MARTIN Secretary MR.
