PREEA CE From time to time, we all have kept scrap books, diaries or some form of mementos. A year book serves the same purpose as these. Each helps to recall, the past. This year's BLUE JAY was designed with this thought in mind. We have attempted, in a small way, to record the past year at Westminster.
