They wore costumes of a thei nciant times, slicked oil on r hair, and rolled up their jeans. This celebration was known as 5O's Days!!! ,Z 'I' 5.1 A. x ly It seemed like the gods were unusually harsh to the natives during the winter season. They mercilessly cast upon these poor souls frigid tem peltatures and an overabundance of a frozen white substance referred to amongst the inhabitants as snow. For several days the natives were forced to stay in their shelters and were not allowed to congre- gate.

As the days in the jungle grew increasingly warmer, the natives found themselves dream- ing of their eagerly anticipated future when they no longer would be confined to the boundaries of their environment.
