Gur Chief Administrators Mr. Russell Abel has been the principal of XVestlane for six years. Always interested in the problems and troubles of his students, he strives toward improving the pupils mentally, physically, and emotionally. At the same time, he has en- deavored to create the perfect school atmosphere for the pupils and teaching staff. Mr. Abel is proud of the fine co-operation throughout this school, the willingness of the students and the outstanding faculty all contri- bute to the success of Westlilne. Mr. Spilly just completed his eighth year at XVestlaneg three of these years were spent as an eighth grade social studies teacher and the other five years as our vice-principal.
