Unity Is Our Key To Success WHS is more than just a place where people meet to attend classes. Our school extends beyond the walls of a building. It goes out into the community of Westlake. A variety of people, each with their own particular talents and roles make up WHS. These people are what make us number one. The principals, secretaries, counselor, teachers, students, football players, basketball players, tennis players, baseball players, track members, cheerleaders, band members, club members, newspaper staff, and yearbook staff each have their own contribution to WHS's unity and success. Guidance and support to the students are the contributions that the principals, secretaries, counselor, and teachers make to WHS. The students contribute their efforts to do their best in their classes. The football players, basketball players, tennis players, baseball players, track members, cheerleaders, and band members show their dedication to WHS by practicing long, hard hours to be the best representatives of WHS they can possibly be. The members of the organizations at WHS try to add variety to our school by keeping their clubs active. The newspaper staff keeps the student body aware of what is going on at WHS. The yearbook staff records the school year to provide the students with memories of their high school days. All these people and their efforts at unity are what make WHS number one.
