T:-Ti: :WL 20:3 111- It is with great pnde and pleasure that the 1959 Annualstaff dedicates rts yearbook to Miss Pearl Tul los, who has taught more years rn Calcasreu Parxsh than any other teacher at Westlake High School, Mrss Tullos received her B A Degree from Louxs rana State Nomlal College in 1926 and was the first person in the state of Lcutsrana to recerve a certifx cate from this college which enutled her to teach home economics She taught eight years rn other parrshes before coming to Calcasreu 1n 1942 After three years at Vmton High School she came to West lake where this year completes her fourteenth year There are many among us who continue to be grate ful for the basic rudiments of the three R s whrch Mtss Tullos so patiently xnstrlled ln us, As a token of our apprecration and affectron we smcerely dedicate the 1959 Rambler to Mrss Pearl Tullos .
