Safe now in the Junior Class. The Sophomores this year have made two successful ventures- namely, their first dance and their class sweaters. The Sophomore Dance was held on March 21. The hard work that went into it was appreciated by everyone there. After the traditional argument over sweaters, the Sophomores finally chose to wear blue and gold. They went through the ordeal of term papers for World History but came out on top. Altogether they've been o pretty good Sophomore class. They've gone out from their old World History, safe now in the Chemistry lab. twenty-five

Safe now in the Senior class. The Juniors started the school year off with some fine explosions in the chemistry lab and went on to set a new high in magazine sales. They had a hayride in October, and their dance, the Mardi Gras, in November was a big success. ln March they were- sporting their new class rings, and as this book goes to press, plans are getting under way for the Junior- Senior banquet, scheduled for May lO. But not until they had endured such things as all Freshmen must go through! After choosing their own subjects, they struggled through Latin, algebra, and junior lzusiness. The fellows went out for sports, and the girls went out for cheerleading. However, it was not all work. Everyone had fun at the class parties, which included a hay ride in the fall and a Leap Year party at the Clague- Park Cabin. As they say good-bye to their Freshman year, the boys and girls agree that they have had a lot of never-to-be-forgotten fun. They've gone out from their prescribed English, safe now in the history class. twenty six
