5 Dedication The Class of Nineteen-hundred and eighty-two dedicates TEKOA to Dr. Francis J. Pilecki WSC has been priviledged to have Dr. Francis J. Pilecki as its President since January 1979. Dr. Pilecki is an innovative administrator and an academician of high standings, with varied interests. Known as an acclaimed author and accomplished musician he is also very active in Westfield Civic groups, statewide and national committees. President Pilecki ' s heightened interest in student and faculty wel- fare has given our College Community a new sense of unity and pride in our campus. Through various innovations, such as his Open House, Faculty Week, the Interfaith Center and beautifying the campus, Dr. Pilecki has integrated Administration-Faculty-Student bonds. He ' s been an outstanding exemplar of a college president. It is with pleasure that we dedicate TEKOA 1982 to this prominent and gifted individual.
