Do you remember how hard it was to get us started to school only a few years ago? We didn't want to go because there wasn't aw future in it, but we admit that you were right, Mom and Dad, and we thank you so much. We remember, too, the love and care we not when we were little tykes, how we could run to you, Mom, and Plead WT' 031159 with tearful faces, how you were always ready, Dad, when we needed you, and we thank you so much. Do you remember, Hom, the times we fell and bumped our- selves and you 'kissed us and made us well? Dad, remember the time that you said YES! and we said NO! We remember..... it hurts yet. Still our growth wasn't seriously retarded , was it? Then, too, we remember the picnics, the drives, and thehChristmases that we have had together, and we thank you so muc . And, Mom and Dad, remember the times that we got into trouble for shooting the neighbor's cats with our B.B. guns, the time we came home from ice skating frozen stiff because we fell through the ice, and the first window we broke? We remember how you helped us and stood behind us, and we thank you so much. Then came our first year in high school and our first class play, remember them? We do. Remember the first time we sang in our church choir? Remember how you used to take us to our school activities, then come and get us afterwards? Remember how you helped us with our problems, even if we didn't get them right, and how we would leave our books at 8011001 U11 purpose? We remember how you helped us, and we thank you so much. Now, Mom and Dad, we have reached our first goal, WE'RE SENIORS. Now we are almost on our own. We have had your guidance, your help, and your tears. You shaped us and formed us into the people that you could be proud of, you pushed us on when we balked, and you pulled us back when we went too fast, and we thank you so much. To you, Mom and Dad, we dedicate this Cowanesguean. To us it shall ever be a token, representative of the love and care you had for us. May it bring to you some of the feelings that we tried to express. Let it carry to you our thanks, our love and admiration, our hopes and ideals.
