They held a formal initiation of members at the Y.W.C.A. For Thanksgiving they sent six baskets of food to needy families, and at Christ- mas they had a party and carol sing with the Fredonia F. H. A. chapter. The purpose of the club is to promote a growing appreciation of the joys and satisfactions of homemaking, to emphasize the importance of worthy home membership, and to foster the development of creative leadership in home and community life. ji. iff.
