EDITORIAL STAFF - Jodi Elliott, Anne Gaylord, Janna Hamilton, Ruth Hartel, Margery Kemnitz, Jody Kindred, Vicki Marshall, Tammy McCartney, Laurie Schrank, Vera Tymusz 1983 Pioneer In Memory Of Sara Hilgenberg If I could sit and talk to you For just a little while To say the things I wish I’d said. Like, how I loved your smile. How much I loved the sight of you. Your voice, your eyes, your face, To watch you playing sports and see you win a race. You were so much a part of me, The part that’s gone away. These memories you left become More precious every day. I pray that you can hear this And God will let you see The pride, the joy, and the happiness That your life gave to me. To lose a loved one is to be wounded deep within the soul, The wound will heal. But the scar will remain. The scar is not upon the body but upon the heart. To touch the scar is to recall the image of a loved one. To touch the scar is to experience the love that still remains and is eternally sheltered in you. Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live. 2 Senior Officers Dan Harjung, President; Tom Healy, Vice-President; Becky Schmidt, Secretary; Jill Erboe. Treasurer; Advisors: Mr. Hamilton.
