ASSOCIATE CHAIRMAN The associate chairmen at WWTI represents the needs of the specified program, or instructional areas within a division, the institute and the district. The chairmen communicate to the faculty plans for organization, administration and operation of divisional responsibility. Their interest lies in the welfare of students, faculty and programs by which they promote policies, coordinate program evaluations, prepare and administer budgets. Special duties of the associate chairmen include ability to organize, coordinate and direct the educational programs. Much initiative and judgement is used in determining needs of conformance with recognized standards.
