Provisions for all guidance, counseling and helath services are administered through this department. Student Services fosters student Government and its activities as well as oreientation programs. Evaluating student recqrds, supervision of work-study and financial a aid programs and placement of graduates are all provisions in developing a climate-of professional growth for the student at Western Wisconsin Technical Institute. 17

...Responsible for... ...Supervising WWTI Instruction The School Services department is responsible for supervising all instruction at Western Wisconsin Technical Institute. Mr. Victor Larsen, administrator of the department and his administrative assistant Richard Rogers work in cooperation with Division chairman and the Academic Standards Committee. Program development, course content, instructional materials and selection of textbooks and equipment are all under the supervision of the department. Mr. Larsen is also in charge of coordinating instructors' schedules and assignments and proper certification standards. He also assists in budget preparation, requisition approvals, annual reports and employment recommendations. 19
