Vocational, Technical Program Progress Planning new programs and evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs is only a small part of the work done by the Research and Development Department. Program and project proposals are made only after many surveys and much research is done. Students and local citizens play a large role in the selection of courses and class outlines. Administrative Services and ...Supervise Financial Matters and Supervision of financial matters at Western Wisconsin Technical Institute are the responsibility of the Administrative Service. The four members of the Administrative Service prepare an annual report on expenses during the year which include, inventory, purchasing, payroll and insurance matters. The department keeps the budget balanced and finances moving forward.
