18 One Of the busnest departments at Western Wisconsin Technical Institute is Student Personnel Services. It is an integral part of a studentis school life which is in addition to instructional services and business services. These student services include guidance and counseling, career information, health services, housing, financial aids, registrar, admissions, high school relations, veterans' counseling, handicapped counseling, student activities and athletics. Mr. William H. Campbell is the administrator of this com- plex department. He was the first person assigned to Student Services approx- imately eleven years ago . The Student Services functions have grown over the past eleven years to fourteen full-time and part-time people.
