- Ll Our Business Policy HE Western School of Commerce is a close corporation, all of the stock, except one share, being held by the faculty of the school.. J. R. Humphreys, H. W. Bessac, and L. W. Peart own equally two-hundred forty-eight shares out of atotal of two-hundred fifty. The Board of Directors is composed as follows: J. R. Humphreys, President, E. H. McGowen, Vice-President, H. W. Bessac, Secretary, L. W. Peart, Business Manager, and R. B. Teefy. The San Joaquin Valley Bank is the Depository of the Corporation. In view of the fact that we guarantee to refund all unused tuition Csee page 145 it is but just that the public should be acquainted with our business management and have the means of investigating our financial standing. No member of our firm is a capitalist in any sense, but we have a reputation for business in- tegrity o ch we are justly proud.
