SEATED: Penny Spriggs, Secretary; Pam O'Brien, Treasurer; Joyce Saalman, President; Joyce Elam, Vice-President. The purpose of the student council is to promote better relationship between the faculty and the student body. This year's Council has tried very hard to fulfill this pur- pose. The nine -membered Council has supported numerous activities this year. Among these were the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine Dances, the Easter Bake Sale, and most important, the Spring Formal. To these people who have worked so hard we say, Thank you .

Resident Dmotow Charlie Searight is WOC's cheerful custodian. He keeps our college spic and span. He performs his duties happily and without complaining. Thanks, Charlie, for all you have done for us.
