After much hard work and tedious training, the students are allowed to aid the teachers in the running of school equipment. Safety Club Swami Sapa, 6, Huw Members of the Safety Club are responsible for helping students cross safely at the crosswalks. Patrolmen may be recognized by a white belt on which is pinned a School Safety Patrolman's badge. The students seated on the bottom row are Mrs. Stovers's typing aides. Library Aides , out The library aides are a chosen group of girls who volunteer to help Mrs. Freeman, the Lib- rarian, with some of the small duties around the library. A few girls help her each hour, and their jobs consist of check- ing books in and out and shelve bulletian boards to be made, magazines to be put up, over- due books to be listed, and cards to file.
