PRESHDENTS MESSAGE Highest commendation is due the class of 1961 for leading the students last year to adopt a resolution asking for the Regents to build a new Student Union Building, pledging a studentyfee of one dollar per semester, beginning in the fall of 1960, even though the members of the class would be graduated before they could enjoy the facility.
