Open House Activities Draw Thousands to New College, Many enioyed touring through the beautiful lounge area. Tours were organized and conducted by Student Council members. People from Scottsbluff and sur- rounding areas stood in line, many waiting for hours, to view the in- terior of the new college. Weekend activities started with a dance, sponsored by the faculty, in appreciation to those students who gave their time to help move from the old building to the new campus. Tours, organized by mem- bers of the Student Council con- tinued through Sunday, and a con- cert by the college choir was pre- sented to the public on Sunday evening. Highlighting the entire weekend was the concert presented by the Serendipity Singers. This is the first time a concert of this type has been presented at Nebraska Western College. What is it like to be a college president? This boy decides to try out the desk of our President and see. M. i N Music for the dance was provided by the Fobaloos The dance was held in appreciation to those students who helped move to the new campus Hours pass while people wait to take the tour of the new building. About 10,000 toured the college during the open house.
