Nebraska Western College Homecoming Homecoming iust wouldn't be complete without a parade, and the Nebraska Western homecom- ing was no exception. A western theme was used and students at- tended classes dressed in western attire. The Student Council sold colored western hats, and a bar- beque was held in the new caf- eteria. Various sections of the parade are shown in the pictures on this and the preceedinghpage.

Jan Carter Is Named Best Dressed Coed tor 1968-1969 Full was the setting for many activities, including a contest to name the Best Dressed Coed ot Nebraska Western Col- lege. Six girls were nominated by members of the El Bohr staff, who sponsored the contest, and were voted on by the student body. The girls were iudged on their poise and personality, as well as dress. Miss Jan Carter was selected the Best Dressed Coed. The other nominees were Candy Hamilton, Gail Martin, Diane Miller, Nancy Mowery, and Faye Sessler.
