'Love ls Blue' composed the Spring Formal theme on May 3 at the Scottsbluff Country Club. J. Harris and the Bumloles, a University of Nebraska based band, pro- vided music for The night that all in all ended up as a very memorable evening. J. Harris and the Bumbles play 'Love Is Blue tunes To an appreciative prom crowd.
