gn xl Mr. Loren C. Bell is completing his first year at Scotts Bluff Col- lege. He received his BA and MA from Adams State College in Ala- mosa, Colorado. Mr. Bell is an instructor of English who uses any methods in his instruction which he feels will help the student grasp the presented material. Miss Marie Rennecker, litera- ture instructor, is registrar and chairman of the English depart- ment. Miss Rennecker received her BA degree at Kearney State College and her MA degree at Colorado State College. Mr. Wayne Schumacher re- ceived his BA and MA from Fort Hays Kansas State College. He sponsors Phi Theta Kappa, the publication ot the yearbook, and serves as assistant basketball coach. Mr. Schumacher aims to teach an understanding ot the causes for the particular literary forms and an enjoyment of the work. Above: Mr. Bell stresses various points of an English section to his class. Below right: Mr. Schumacher puts on a record of folk songs to present a different aspect of English.
