The degree with which each of you has responded varied according to clearness of conviction and vision. Achievement for each has been according to faithfulness in daily response to the task at hand. Your diploma is an evaluation of your academic success at Western 'n terms of your teachers' standards. Patterns and habits of thought and work have been ormed by you. Now as you anticipate life from a new viewpoint, you are characteris- ically optimistic and full of expectancy. Let me remind you that basically life from ow on will be no different from the past four years. As individuals you Will continue o vary in your application and workmanship. Success will continue to depend largely on clarity of vision and strength of conviction. Achievement will still continue to be easured in terms of faithfulness.
