Mrs. Mary Lynn Foust, chairman of the department, sponsored the activities of the Senior Class. Mrs. Mary Alice Webb, a bookkeeping teacher, was the Red Cross sponsor. Two additions to the department this year were Miss Nancy Hoyl and Mrs. Joyce Williams. Miss Hoyl taught overseas in Germany be- fore coming to Western Hills. Mrs. Williams was a recent graduate of North Texas State University. Mr. Riley Dunn and Mr. Weldon Moody were a part of the coaching staff as well as business instructors. Mrs. Julia Baker introduced a new course to Western Hills this year--business arithmetic. Miss Mary Margaret Monarch, a shorthand and typing teacher, also sponsored the yearbook.
