Fine Arts Encourages individualism Mrs. I ewell Kelly Mr. Jerry J ones Mr. Ed Cun'y LEFT: One more time . . .! smile Mrs. Kelly and Mr. I ones in harmony. TOP: Tommy johnson and Calvin Eng discuss their art work with Mr. Curry. The Music and Art Departments benefit the entire school with cafeteria murals, stage productions, and community performances. Mr. Ed Curry directed his classes in the creation of seven large murals for the cafe- teria walls. A former Como teacher, Mrs. Jewell Kelly, started an a cappella choir to present programs in school as well as in the local area. Mr. Jerry Jones directed the 97-member Cougar Marching Band and the intermediate bands.
