CHEERLEADERS played an im- portant role in basketball and football games. Composed of twelve Varsity and alternate cheerleaders, this year's squad could often be found practicing on the second floor. l feel excited most of the time. You're so close to the players in basketball games, says Jamie Cox, Varsity Cheerleader. Backing the cheerleaders this year were the IVIUSTANGETTES, the all girl cheering section now in its second year.
