World problems ofverwhelm youth Threats of aaria war abroad Con usion and political corruption at home challenge our faith and idealism. ls it possible for teachers, parents, policy-molders to see the world through the eyes of youth? Only an affirmative answer gives any hope of a solution to the problems which confront all ages and groups mutuallyr Yet the task is a difficult one, the picture is not one of unity and simplicity, rather multiplicity and confusion. Are we as patriotic and courageous as Youth of other eras? Are we sometimes disillusioned, insecure, pessimistic about our future, rebellious at the sacrifices demanded of us. Are we goyly confident and traditionally hopeful as Youth have always been? Do we recklessly seek escape in fun and sensations? Do we study think and pray? Are we sometimes critical of our elders because of the world they have presented to us? Do we confidently turn to them for guidance and leadership in building a better future? Do we sincerely search for truth and right action? Yes to all these questions strange and conflicting as it may seem In the following pages of our annual we picture our activities hopes and dreams to readers young and old in confident trust that they will join our search N IRII SENATE TIRTES Tll IIRAET IR YEAR lllllS IR 5 N MS mat me 'fr sim PRWAAES tl is HHJQ if IIOOVER BLASTS TRODPS T0 EUROPE PLAII mrxxuts Al l n A E Ri lc Gilt Scandal Ade UESINNEW O 'NAI' er LOCAL CRIME IIRIV ll 1 URGEIJ BY FBI CITEF O DWY Ky Gamblers Accused In Blue Ash Bond Dele GOSTELLU DEFIES UUIZ 8TH TIME 'F WAR ILLEGAL TAFT RAPS TRUMAII E0l,E!rIl,IIlYE IZREILIAREIT IR xi N SAYS RAL RISIAED VIRRLIT WAR TRIIIIIA GM imma wouum mt nu ro colGRESS Mtch it ruura AMQIIQAIIQ ngnufilsmnousu Hunnius sfuui is Arnmhll LNTcueI 09, F UKW THX ' I I . , , ' I I I I .
